Discover
We begin with a guided conversation about your experience, your audience, and what you want your book to communicate. Together, we clarify the central idea and identify the stories, lessons, and expertise worth sharing.

Speak
Through four foundational interviews, you share your knowledge naturally through conversation. We capture, transcribe, and organize your material. If additional clarity is needed, we can conduct up to two focused follow-up interviews.

Shape
We use AI-assisted tools and human editorial judgment to identify themes, build the chapter structure, and develop your manuscript. You review the drafts, provide feedback, and work with us to make sure the writing reflects your thinking and voice. A professional human editor helps strengthen the manuscript.

Publish
Once the manuscript is approved, we prepare the cover, format the book, and guide it through publication. You receive your finished files, publishing information, and a practical Book Leverage Plan. The goal is a book you're proud to share.
