Speak Your Book is operated by Youman Co LLC, a United States limited liability company located at 8735 Dunwoody Pl, STE N, Atlanta, GA 30350, United States ("Youman Co LLC," "we," "us," "our"). This site offers:

The Book Clarity Assessment, a free, seven-question guided assessment that produces a personal written report based on your own answers, shown to you on screen.

The Five-Day Speak Your Book Challenge, a paid program described below.

Speak Your Book previously offered a founding waitlist. It is no longer accepting new signups; see our Privacy Policy for how existing waitlist records are handled.

The Assessment is free. Your report is generated from fixed rules and templates based on your answers; it is not individualized professional, publishing, or business advice, and it is not reviewed by a person before you see it. Providing your name and email and completing the Assessment does not create an account and does not commit you to any purchase.

The Five-Day Challenge is currently priced at $27 USD, subject to the price actually presented to you at checkout. It is a single, one-time purchase, not a subscription or recurring charge.

Your purchase gives you access to the Challenge materials for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Purchases are processed and the program is delivered through our payment processor, Payhip. By purchasing, you also agree to Payhip's applicable buyer terms.

Voluntary refund guarantee. We offer a full refund of your Five-Day Challenge purchase if you request it within 14 calendar days of your purchase date, for any reason or no stated reason. To request a refund, email hello@speakyourbook.co with your purchase confirmation; we will process approved refunds through Payhip.

Statutory withdrawal rights. If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may separately have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content within 14 days, which can be affected by whether you expressly requested immediate access and acknowledged the loss of that right as part of checkout. Nothing in this section limits any statutory right you have under the law of your country of residence, and our voluntary 14-day refund guarantee above is offered in addition to, not instead of, those statutory rights.

We make no promise that completing the Assessment or the Challenge will result in a finished book or any particular outcome. The value of either depends on the effort and judgment you bring to your own material.

You own your own stories, ideas, experience, and anything you write, speak, or record as part of the Assessment or the Challenge. We do not claim ownership over your original material.

The Assessment questions and report templates, and the Five-Day Challenge curriculum and materials, are proprietary to Youman Co LLC and may not be copied, resold, or redistributed without our permission.

Your use of this site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect the information you provide. By using this site, you agree to the practices described there.

You agree to use this site in good faith. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the site, or submit false or fraudulent information through the Assessment or any other form on this site.

This site is provided "as is." We work to keep it accurate and reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

We may update these terms as our offers develop. The date at the top of this page reflects when the terms were last updated. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
